Lou Vaughn opened for business in 1996 as Vaughn Construction LLC that consisted of a team of lead carpenters and carpenters helpers. Lou headed up the team on-site daily hands-on. The team was also responsible for the installations of the interior trim i.e., doors, casing, baseboard, handrails and cabinetry. The majority of the homes are located on the Westside of Cincinnati in the developments i.e., Von Risen and Durango Green. In 2001, Lou terminated his accounts with builders and began leaning into residential remodeling exclusively with his emphasis in bathroom remodels.
